We have established the admin Office for the desired task in the right perspective. (1) PERSONAL:
We recruit security personnel, Ex-servicemen from ARMY,
SRP / RAF, BSF and organization. We also recruit personnel From Civil resources and give them adequate security training.
(2) UNIFORMS:
The necessary uniforms and monsoon wear to the Security
Staff will be provided by us.
(3) DISCIPLINE:
 Our security staff is strictly prohibited from joining labor
Unions. They are not allowed to accept or extend any hospitality with anybody wherever they are posted. They are not allowed to have friendly relation with any worker. On the other hand they have been instructed to pay proper compliments and respect to every officer according to his/her status.
